Eng. George Awwad possesses over 32 years of experience in Public Procurement policy and procedural analysis and implementation, in addition to more than 20 years in implementing Civil Engineering projects.

George worked with international organizations in creating and implementing public procurement regulations, procedures and manuals in many countries including Iraq, Yemen, Jordan and Palestine.

In addition to working with the World Bank and numerous government institutions and NGOs in Palestine and abroad, George worked as a key consultant to a multitude of international firms such as Crown Agents, DAI, Adam Smith, MSI and International Training Centre of the ILO.

Eng. George obtained his Civil Engineering degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University in the USA.

Eng. Amin Sbeih has been an Engineering and ICT expert specializing in advanced MS Project and Excel training in addition to ICT and Engineering solutions development for over 30 years. He is also specialized in Business Process Analysis and Re-engineering based on the BPMN 2.0 standard. He delivered thousands of training courses in his areas of specialty.

Amin earned professional certifications in Cisco and Microsoft and is currently working on obtaining Business Process Analysis certification from Bizagi.

Eng. Amin obtained his first degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College, London and his MSc. in Air Transport Engineering from Cranfield University in the UK.

Eng. Issam Ahmad has been a technical teacher at industrial schools for over 15 years. He has been working as an automation expert with CCE-Smart for over 17 years during which he implemented tens of industrial automation projects in various fields including agricultural data acquisition and environmental control, concrete mixing platforms, water control and monitoring solutions and industrial packaging and weighting applications.

In addition, Issam delivered courses in PLC programming and other industrial control applications at CCE-Smart and other institutions.

Eng. Issam obtained his degree in Electronic Engineering from Abu-Dees University.

Eng. Khaled Salahat has been an engineering expert in telecommunication and power backup systems for over 25 years. He participated in various manufacturer trainings at manufacturers premises om the fields of communications and renewable energy systems including Siemens, NEC, Ericsson, SMA and Victron Energy.

Khaled started working with renewable energy systems from 2010. He has been a business partner with various Solar system components manufacturers and he participated in different manufacturer trainings.

In recent years, Khaled and his team implemented large solar power systems (5MWp and more) in Palestine.

Eng. Khaled obtained his BSc. in Electrical Engineering from Birzeit University in 1995.
