This course will provide in depth understanding of the different types of consulting services contracts and when to use each.

The course will also provide understanding of the organizational structure highlighting the relationship between the parties to the contract during the design stage and construction supervision stage.

Pre-Requisite Knowledge and Experience

  • Diploma or first degree in procurement or any financial field. OR Basic experience in procurement management and/or control  AND Basic English is desirable but not compulsory
