General Course Description

This course will direct the participants to how to optimize their businesses by analyzing and r-producing their business procedures and workflows (how the business activity moves from one stage to another), which will enhance productivity and efficiency.

The course will equip participants with the ability to:

  • Analyze the process dimension of the business.
  • Define the scope of a business process.
  • Develop an enterprise-level business process model.
  • Implement the developed model.

  • Need for Business Process Analysis (BPA) and Re-Engineering (BPR)
  • Introduction to BPMN 2.0 Standard
  • BPMN 2.0 Notation
  • Introduction to BPMN Process Modeling
  • BPMN 2.0 Process Categories: Orchestration, Collaboration, Choreography and Conversation
  • Introduction to Business Process Modeling Tool: Bizagi.
  • Business Process Optimization Strategies

Course Duration: 32 hours (4 hours / Session)
