General Course Description
This course will provide an overview of the contractual relationship between the Employer and the Service Provider.
The course will highlight aspects related to the execution of the services and the role of both the Employer and the Service provider.

- Definition of Non-Consulting Services.
- Types of services.
- Financial matters, payment, claim, variation order, liquidated damages, etc.
- Time and quality control.
- Force Majeure.
- Settlement of disputes.
- Service provider obligations.
- Employer obligations.
- Contract termination.
- Health and safety on the site.
Course Duration: 24 hours (6 hours / Session)

Pre-Requisite Knowledge and Experience: Diploma or first degree in procurement or any financial field. OR Basic experience in procurement management and/or control AND Basic English is desirable but not compulsory
