General Course Description

This course will enable management, ICT and engineering professionals to quickly understand the concept of planning in terms of resource allocation and scheduling and its importance and to show planners the methodologies used in project planning and management, leading to the proper task distribution and cost control.

The course will be tailored to the trainees’ business requirements, especially if those trainees came from the same organization or firm.

Hours: 28 hours  (4 hours / Session)

Pre-Requisite Knowledge and Experience

  • Diploma or first degree in any Engineering, ICT or management field.
  • 3-year experience in the area of specialty
